Customer Management

Adding new customers

You can add individual customers by navigating to the 'Customers' section and clicking 'New Customer'. Fill in the fields such as name, contact info, and any relevant notes. You can schedule a job at the same time.
Importing customer data

You can specify customer address, phone number and email which will populate for a job. You can edit the job's contact information which will not change the customer's default info.
Customer history

You can view the jobs and notes related to a customer by navigating to their customer detail page. This provides a history of interactions and services provided to that customer.
Customer notes

You can add notes to a customer's profile to keep track of important information, preferences, or special instructions. These notes are visible whenever you view the customer's details.

Job Management

Creating new jobs

To create a new job, you can create a job by viewing a customer, or create a new job and customer in one step. Fill in the job details such as description, assigned staff, date/time, and any special instructions.
Job scheduling

Once a job has a date and time, it will show up on the calendar - your dashboard, which can be sorted by today, week or month view.
Job status tracking

Job statuses help you keep track of progress. Each status is color coded and will let you understand things at a glance.
Route planning

We use your schedule to help create a route for you so you can do what you do best.
Job photos & notes

Adding before/after photos, detailed notes, and documentation to jobs for better record keeping and customer communication.

Invoicing

Creating invoices

Once you create a job, you can create an invoice - add line items and then print or email it to the customer.
Invoice templates

Your company logo and information will show up on the invoice - maintaining your brand identity.
Tax rates & calculations

Taxes are calculated based on your tax rates and the job's postal code. See here for more details on how tax rates work.
Line Items

Line items are the individual components of an invoice, detailing the services provided, their quantities, and prices (and tax). You can add, edit, or remove line items as needed.

Company settings

Configuring company information, business hours, status colors, job time windows and more. These settings help you tailor the platform to your business needs.
Account Settings

You can change your password in Account Settings or by using the forgot password flow.
Notifications

We will email you for any transactional notifications such as forgot password, billing issues, and email confirmations.

You can export your data - including customers, jobs and invoices - by contacting support.
