Do I need to crate tax rates?

In order for our invoicing to correct calculate tax, we need to know what tax rates to apply. If you don't have any tax rates set up, taxable jobs will default to 0% tax.

Can I set a default tax rate?

Yes! You can set a tax rate to be the default rate. This rate will be applied to any taxable job where the customer's postal code does not match any of the postal codes in your tax rates. There will be a checkbox on the tax rate form to set a tax rate as the default.
